WANT TO STAND ON YOUR HEAD? YOGA SEQUENCE TO GET YOU THERE

Curious about some of the more intricate or advanced asanas but have felt intimidated by them or uncertain about how to approach them in your practice? Then this class is for you! Classes designed for students of all levels to attend There are always plenty of safe and sensible alternatives offered so that the student may utilize the most comfortable approach for their particular level.

This week we will focus on Headstand.  This is really intimidating if you’ve never attempted it before, but if you’ve always longed to stand on you head, here’s a series of yoga poses to get you there. Don’t worry if it scares you to go upside down. The class sequence will build up your strength and courage. You’ll be feeling ready (and excited!) to invert.

Time: 6.30-7.30pm

Cost: $27 per class (10 classes total)
